This year, our focus is on healing planet Earth. We plan to join coastal and marine ecosystems conservancy experts from WILDCOAST and raise $50,000 to support an impressive ocean cleanup! Our campaign will help propel the ultimate goal of ending ocean plastic crisis.

Kind Coins for Our Earth Video
In this video, you will meet Kai. Kai is worried for our planet, especially the oceans.
Kai is 9 years old, and he loves to surf. He is in the 4th grade and surfs after school and on the weekends. Riding a surfboard on top of the ocean waves is his happy place. Many of Kai’s friends also enjoy playing on the beach, being in the water and surfing. Sadly, however, Kai has noticed that the sand and water are often polluted with plastic and garbage. He has also seen animals that have been hurt by living in these polluted waters. What Kai has seen, is happening in every ocean all over the world.
Kai has a dream to one day surf in a clean and healthy ocean. To make that wish come true, Kai and Kids for Peace hope to mobilize kids around the world to help remove trash from the oceans and learn what we can do to stop trash from getting into the oceans in the first place. To do this, we are partnering with coastal and marine ecosystems conservancy experts from WILDCOAST who have the experience, the right people and the right tools to do this big cleanup job.
For every $10 raised, they will remove 1 pound of trash from our oceans.
