We are beyond grateful to all the schools that participated in the Love For LA campaign! Thanks to your incredible generosity, 40,797 pairs of love-infused socks together with 13,000+ heartfelt messages of love and support—were collected and distributed to schools impacted by the LA fires.
Our Kids for Peace team personally delivered these gifts of care and encouragement, making four special stops in Los Angeles:
- Pasadena Unified School District (for Eliot Arts Magnet & Odyssey Charter)
- St. Mark’s Elementary
- Marquez Elementary
- Palisades High School
In addition to the socks, we were honored to financially support the schools with an incredible donation of $7,460.68 — made possible by big-hearted students and a generous matching grant from Creative Visions. At Marquez Elementary, we also gifted a wish-filled peace sign masterPEACE, symbolizing hope and unity.
This powerful movement of kindness reached thousands of students across 33 states, proving once again that compassion has no bounds.
