Authorized Third Parties for The Great Toy Giveaway
For the purpose of The Great Toy Giveaway, Kids for Peace will share your data with the program partners, The Toy Foundation, as well as selected toy companies that will be donating toys to the program. The sole purpose of sharing personal data with these companies (or authorized third parties who process personal data for these companies) is to deliver the donated toys, providing shipping and handling related services, including customer service.
These authorized third parties are not permitted to use your personal data for any other purposes. We require them to act consistently with this Policy and to use appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

By sharing images, activities, news releases, stories and/or use of the hashtags: #TheGreatToyGiveaway, #GreatKindnessChallenge, #KindCoins, #GKCFamily, #KidsForPeace, #ToyFoundation a non-exclusive right and permission is hereby granted to Kids for Peace, Inc., its partners, and those acting on its behalf to use your name/school name and to quote, edit, print, publish and otherwise use all or part of your submission as well as photographs, audio, and video, in whole or in part, in any and all media or format in connection with fundraising, advertising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organization’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications as well as by our partners and sponsors.
By submitting the photos/videos you confirm you have obtained all applicable releases, approvals, rights and licenses necessary to lawfully use the name, image, likeness, publicity rights of all attendees, volunteers or persons involved in the Great Toy Giveaway campaign for use in marketing or media materials by Kids for Peace and The Toy Foundation.
Further, Kids for Peace, Inc. is hereby authorized to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos and submissions for any lawful purpose. Any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo(s) are waived.
